We contact people who have debts, e.g. due to unpaid mortgage installments, credit cards or loans, electricity, telephone or TV bills, unpaid installments on insurance and other policies. The purpose of the contact is to determine the best method of debt repayment and to reach an agreement between the debtor and the creditor.
Why do Asseta S.A. employees ask me for my date of birth during telephone calls and visits at home?
We are obliged to confirm the identity of the answering person each time we contact them. Verification is necessary to maintain the confidentiality of the indebted person's data and debt details and to protect them against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
Questions to confirm the identity may concern the date of birth, PESEL number or its part, and address. The data is only used to confirm your identity.
In what form can I make payments towards debt repayment?
You can choose the most convenient method for you. The available forms include:
- bank transfer in the form of a traditional one-off order or standing order,
- bank transfer ordered via internet banking,
- cash payment in a bank,
- cash payment at the Poczta Polska branch,
- cash payment at the payment service point,
- cash payment confirmed by a field employee of Asseta S.A. (in particularly justified cases)).
